Recap
So its been a while since I have been able to get back to this project. I plan to be more diligent on this in the future. Last I left off, I had an idea for my payload. So the next step is to play around with the Coral Dev Board and learn the ropes.
Spinning up the dev board
Spinning up this board was honestly one of the easiest bring ups I have ever done for a board. The tools provided by Google were simply the best. The OS flashed correctly and came up without any issues, the MDT development tool just worked. Spinning up the build in demo also worked great. There were really no snags.
I was also able to plug in the camera and check to see if it came up on the system in /dev. I also put together a small python script to see what this board was capable of and tested some of the models that google provides as demos for their board. They even had this super cool 3d print file for a case for this board that you can print, which I ended up printing.
Overall it was very awesome!!
