Mission Statement

The Super Complicated Ai Mission Payload (SCAMP) series shall consist of several simple balloon payload that shall fly and run any number of neural network at the edge of space.

Objectives

  • Fly neural networks using Coral Tensor Processing Units
  • Less than 100 dollars because I am broke
  • Use NASA cFS cause, why not

Version 1

SCAMP Version 1 was the first payload designed for this series of payloads. To date SCAMP has had 4 flights and counting. SCAMP version 1's design is by far the cheapest coming in under 70 dollars and provides a sandbox like enviornment where curious students can toss their neural networks onboard.
